The College of Business at University of Michigan-Dearborn (UM Dearborn) offers an MBA Program that may be completed 100% online. Students also have the option to complete program through a combination of on-campus and online instruction (hybrid). Concentrations are optional and include Accounting, Finance, International Business, Investment, Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. The program may be completed in 36 to 48 credit hours and admission is rolling, so students may begin the program in September or January. May admission is also usually possible for part-time students. In addition to earning AACSB accreditation, the UM Dearborn Online MBA:

Each course is three semester credits and the last two courses (six credits) must be taken as a three week intensive on the campus of Andrews University during the last few weeks of July (end of second year). The program may be completed in as few as 12 months and students may start the program at the beginning of any of the fall, spring, or summer semesters. The Andrews Online MBA ranked #141 Nationally by U.S. News & World Report and it is accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).
Lawrence Technological University, Southfield
The College of Management at Lawrence Technological University (LTU COM) offers a 36 credit (12 course) MBA Program that may be completed entirely online. The program offers two Concentrations including Information Technology and Project Management. A unique component of the program is students have the option to pursue an additional master’s degree (simultaneously) offered online by LTU. Options include the Master of Engineering Management and the Master of Science in Information Technology. Ranked #148 Nationally by U.S. News & World Report, the LTU Online MBA has dual accreditation through IACBE and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
Ferris State University, Big Rapids
Ferris State University College of Business offers a fully Online MBA Program that may be completed in 24 months full-time. Accelerated students may complete the program in as few as 16 months. The program, which also offers an “Online with Weekends” option, offers Concentrations in Project Management, Lean Systems and Leadership, Business Intelligence, Performance Metrics, Design and Innovation Management, Supply Chain Management and Lean Logistics, and Incident Response. A student-designed consultancy project is part of the program and it enables students to “produce real business research under the direction of qualified faculty.” Ranked #152 Nationally by U.S. News & World Report, the Ferris Online MBA is currently seeking re-approval by ACBSP after redesigning the MBA core.
Kettering University, Flint
The School of Management at Kettering University offers a “video-delivered” MBA Program that consists of nine core courses (36 credit hours) and an area of Concentration or Certificate (12 credit hours) for a total of 48 credit hours. Options include a General Concentration and Global Leadership, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management Certificates. Just a few courses the for program include International Business, Enterprise Information System Models, Managing People & Organizations, Operations Management in Service Organizations, and MBA Capstone: Innovation & New Ventures. The MBA Program at Kettering University, which ranked #163 Nationally by U.S. News & World Report, is ACBSP accredited.
Cornerstone University, Grand Rapids
Cornerstone University offers an Online MBA Program with Concentrations in Finance, Global Business, Health Care, and Project Management.This 20 to 22 month MBA Programrequires 38credit hours to graduate and a blended option is also available. Other program highlights include an accelerated cohort model, cohorts that begin periodically throughout the year and, if necessary, onsite courses that meet evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cornerstone University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges (NCA). The school’s Professional & Graduate Studies program has entered candidacy status through ACBSP.
Davenport University, Grand Rapids
Donald W. Maine College of Business at Davenport University offers a variety of MBA Programs including a 12-Month Accelerated MBA, a 30 Credit MBA, a 39 Credit MBA with Concentrations in Finance, Healthcare, Human Resources, Marketing, and Strategic Management, a Competency Based MBA (CMBA), and an Executive MBA (EMBA). Study Abroad and Internship options are available as well as the option to “sit in” on classes at one of 10 statewide campuses. The Maine Online MBA is IACBE accredited.
Madonna University, Livonia
Madonna University is home to the School of Business, which offers an MBA Program that may be completed on-ground, on-line or in hybrid format. Program highlights include flexible scheduling for working professionals, small class size, 1:12 student/faculty ratio, case based instruction, practice-based real world orientation, and a research focused curriculum with a capstone research project. Students must complete 45 credit hours to graduate. Madonna University’s School of Business is a member of the AACSB and a member and candidate for ACBSP accreditation.
Baker College, Flint
The Online MBA at Baker College offers nine optional Concentrations including Accounting, Business Intelligence, Finance, General Business, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Leadership and Marketing. Regardless of Concentration, all Baker Online students must begin their online experience with a three-week online class designed to orient them to the Baker Online classroom, and review the expectations and requirements of Baker Online students. Once the course has been completed successfully, students can move on to additional online courses. The 49 credit hour Baker Online MBA Program is IACBE accredited.
Cleary University, Howell, Ann Arbor, Flint, Detroit
Cleary University is a specialized business university that offers three MBA Programs that may be completed 100% online. They include the MBA in Analytics, Technology, and Innovation, Global Leadership MBA, and the MBA in Health Care Leadership. All programs require 33 credit hours of study to graduate and students may complete the program(s) in as few as 22 months. Students admitted to any of the Online MBA Programs will take courses together throughout the duration of the program. Per the school, “this creates several distinct advantages of group membership, networking and consistency during graduate study, which are intentionally fostered in the program.” The Cleary Online MBA is HLC accredited.
Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor
The Gainey School of Business at Spring Arbor University (SAU) offers a 36 credit hour MBA Program that may be completed in as few as 18 months. The program, which has both 100% online and on site options, highlights five Concentrations including Healthcare Administration, Human Resource Development, Management, Organizational Consulting, and Strategic Leadership. Other highlights include an optional four-day international business summit in New York, NY as part of the International Business course, a flexible admissions process that does not require the GMAT or GRE, six start dates each year and one course at a time. The School of Business and Technology at Wayne State College (WSC) offers a 30 credit hour, non-thesis MBA Program that may be completed 100% online, with no required visits to campus. Nationally ranked for affordability by Best Master's Degrees, the WSC Online MBA offers elective options such as Managing in Turbulent Times, International Business, Dispute Resolution Management, Government and Industry, Information Systems Technology and Management, and Ethics in Leadership. The WSC Online MBA is IACBE accredited.
Wayne State University, Detroit
The Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University offers an MBA Program that can be completed entirely online or in a blended (on-campus and online) format. According to the School, “courses are delivered virtually and asynchronously to allow students in any geographic location to complete the entire curriculum online.” Students admitted to the Online MBA will take a set of reserved courses. This will allow them to complete the program as a cohort. Concentration options include Accounting Systems, Auditing, Corporate governance, Finance, Financial Accounting, Global Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Information Systems Management, Internal audit, International Business, Management, Marketing and Taxation. A Joint JD/MBA is also available.
